Refund policy

At Advitiya, every garment is thoughtfully handcrafted using traditional techniques, fine tailoring, and artisanal detailing. Most of our pieces are made-to-order and created in limited quantities with special attention to craftsmanship.

We request you to read our policies carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

As a boutique handcrafted label, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

* Made-to-order outfits

* Customised pieces

* Orders placed using custom measurements

* Sale or discounted items

* International orders

However, an exchange or store credit may be considered only in the following cases:

* Wrong item received

* Manufacturing defect

* Damage during transit

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with:

* Order number

* Clear photographs/videos

* Unboxing video

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

All approved requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Advitiya.

Condition for Approved Exchange

To qualify for an approved exchange:

* The garment must be unused and unworn

* Original tags and packaging must be intact

* The product must not carry perfume, makeup stains, odour, or damage

Advitiya reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions.

Size & Fit Assistance

We strongly recommend reviewing our size chart carefully before placing an order.

For custom sizing assistance, our team will be happy to guide you prior to purchase.

In case of minor fit issues, most garments can be altered locally with ease. If there is a sizing error from our end, we will assist with possible alterations wherever feasible.

Please note that size issues arising from incorrect measurements shared by the customer will not qualify for return or refund.
